Tonight I did some hard efforts during the uphills on the Tues. night ride. I must really dig deep up climbs, and fight so hard that it takes me to another level of fitness and form. I must be calm and use my aggression and ability together. I must really spin the legs confidently up hills. And I must fight with everything I have to be my best.
