The legs felt really sore and tired after the race on Sunday.
Monday I did 2 hours on the road bike at a steady tempo. I also did some climbs and surges uphill. It was good to get the legs spinning and doing some solid recovery riding.
Then today I did some trail work and had some good active recovery while pushing a shovel.
I am focused on recovery and rest, combined with self massage and proper food intake.
