After being upgraded to Cat. 3 on the road, it was really good to get a taste of how the 35+1/2/3 group is, and how the racing goes down. I tried my best, but did have a issue over the summer where I had a tooth infection big time, and lost some valuable racing time. I did come back, and tried as hard as possible, and got some good racing in. I had a few top 5 placings, and learned an awful lot in the racing I did. Getting valuable experience really pays off. With proper coaching, keeping a positive mental approach, extremely hard training, and more racing under my belt, I know for sure that I will be better off next season on the road. I like racing road events and I will continue to try and improve.
